In November 1991 Roy Weston Bunbury merged with Wollaston Realty to further enhance our strength in the local market.

More recently the Wollaston Realty office won all the local real estate awards for 1995 - 1996 at the REIWA and Bunbury Mail annual awards.The awards were for highest sales and number of listings, and Rookie of the Year highest sales and listings.

Continuing on from this phenomenal growth, Wollaston Realty expanded further in November 1998 with the acquisition of Status Realty Bunbury which now operates under the Wollaston Realty banner.

The acquistion of Status Realty was a positive move in the development of our company and allowed us to provide a wider range of services.

The growth of the company necessitated the expansion of our office to meet demand of sales and property management, hence the recent relocation to larger premises at 23 Spencer Street Bunbury.

The new offices boast the largest window display of properties in Bunbury, private client interview rooms and client parking bays.
